Job Description
The Role
We are currently seeking passionate and qualified educators to join our school as a Casual Relief Teacher across our Kindergarten, Junior (Prep-Year 6), and Senior School departments, located in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
As a Casual Relief Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting our students’ learning when regular staff are absent. You will be confident delivering set curriculum content to students, ensuring continuity and quality of education in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
A highly motivated and dedicated educator with experience in Kindergarten, Primary and/or Secondary teaching
Passionate about teaching, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
Confident in quickly adjusting to new classroom environments and building strong rapport with students
Aligned with the vision and values of Peninsula Grammar, demonstrating a genuine commitment to our learning community
Able to deliver prepared lessons effectively, ensuring continuity in student learning in the absence of the regular teacher
We welcome expressions of interest from committed and enthusiastic educators who are eager to join our relief pool and contribute positively to our school community.
Desired Skills and Experience
All positions at Peninsula Grammar require:
Current VIT
First-Aid and CPR qualifications including accredited Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training
Child Safety training (provided by the school upon commencement)
